Food quality, safety and sustainability

Loxia is a Finnish company founded in 2014. Loxia provides various quality management related services to the food and packaging sector including:

Management consultancy and coaching in the implementation of management systems based on international standards like ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 etc.

Tailor made trainings, for example:

• Requirements of different standards and updated versions of them
• HACCP, threat and fraud risk identification, assessment and control measures
• Tasks of Food safety team and tools for efficient working
• Effective prerequisite programmes (PRPs) on food safety in food and food packaging manufacturing
• Internal and supplier audits and evaluations
• Hygiene and food safety training and hygiene passport tests. Hygiene passport is required by Finnish Food legislation when a person is handling unpackaged, easily perishable food in a food establishment.

Other services

• Label texts and translations according to current EC food and food supplement legislation
• Customer service activities like complaint handling, feedback and analysis
• Internal or external audits like supplier audits
• Follow up of the current EC food and contact material legislation
